42-year-old Syrian woman and her daughter give birth at the same time in Turkey

Childbirth is a crucial moment for a lot of people across the world and every mother has a story to tell about her experience. But some heart-warming accounts are so unbelievable; they may sound right out of a movie.

In a miraculous incident, 42-year-old Syrian woman and her 21-year-old daughter gave birth at the same time in a hospital in Turkey. Fatma Birinci and her daughter Gade fled their war torn country three years back and found out about their pregnancy in the same week.

The children have been named Recep and Tayyip and the physician who visited them said such an occurrence was unheard of. Gynaecologist Naim Unsal went on to call the delivery a miracle.

It isn’t clear where the fathers of the babies are and if they witnessed the birth of the children.
