Boss takes 800 employees for a free Caribbean cruise to reward them

Gary Bertch, founder of Bertch cabinets, decided to take all 800 of his employees on an all expenses paid vacation, which includes a Caribbean cruise and free stay at a five star hotel in Miami.

The boss was impressed with his employees for achieving goals set for the company a year back and the way he chose to reward them will make everyone join the team.
