Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) on Wednesday announced a special tour package for devotees visiting Srisailam. The two-day tour will start from July 22. The corporation will run special buses from Secunderabad JBS every weekend (Saturday).
The package, involves visit to Mallikarjuna Swamy, Bhraramamba Devi, Sakshi Ganapati darshan and other places in Srisailam, including Pathalganga, Paladhara, Panchadhara, Shikhara, Srisailam Dam, etc.
The rate of the package is Rs 2,700 for adults and Rs1,570 for children. On the first day, the super luxury bus will depart from JBS at 7 am and MGBS at 8 am. The bus will reach Srisailam at 1.30 pm and go directly to the hotel for stay. After lunch, passengers will be taken to Pathalganga at 3 pm. Boating is arranged in Krishna river.
Devotees can visit Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy and Sri Bhramarambika Amma at 5 pm. Quick darshan facility is available. Night stay arranged at a hotel in Srisailam. On the second day, from 5 am to 8 am, devotees can perform abhishekam and special pujas in the temple. Later, a visit to Shivaji Spurthi Kendra and Chenchulakshmi Tribal Museum is undertaken. Tourists can also visit Sakshi Ganapati Temple. After lunch, the bus will return to Hyderabad and will reach MGBS at 7.30 pm and JBS at 8.30 pm.
