Curated by acclaimed guest chef Nabee Ahmed Mohd Hanif Siddique, the festival brings together the timeless flavours of Awadhi cuisine with an indulgent menu featuring aromatic biryanis, succulent kebabs, rich curries, handcrafted breads, and traditional desserts.
