Hyderabad's The Colosseum Hosts Curated Corridors To Mark Launch Of Its 7th Floor

The two-day exhibition marked the launch of The Colosseum’s seventh floor, bringing together an art and artefact gallery, new design and lifestyle brands, interactive workshops, pop-ups and a curated F&B experience.

Hyderabad: The Colosseum hosted “Curated Corridors”, marking the launch of its seventh floor, bringing together art, décor, fashion and luxury elements. Over the two-day exhibition, more than 800 guests attended the launch, centred on discovery and creative exchange. Curated Corridors introduced the seventh floor as an evolving space comprising an art and artefact gallery, café and personal dining room, alongside new design and lifestyle brands.

The exhibition brought together varied creative disciplines within a single setting, offering guests an opportunity to explore contemporary and Indian design while engaging with the stories and craftsmanship. Among the brands introduced as part of the exhibition were The Palace Collection by Adil Ahmad, The House of Things, Cloth & Canvas, Puja Enamels, The Artisania, Iktaara and Baaya Design. Their presence brought together a diverse variety of décor, fashion, art, and lifestyle, allowing guests to discover distinctive collections and creative expressions.
Speaking about the launch, Mr Akshay Tulshan, Director - Aesthetes, Marketing, Merchandising & HR, The Colosseum “ Curated Corridors is a reflection of the direction in which we see The Colosseum moving towards creating spaces that are as much about discovery as they are about design. We wanted to bring together art, interiors, craftsmanship, and thoughtfully curated experiences (including food) under one roof, allowing each element to have its own voice while contributing to a larger story. For us, luxury is not only about what you see; it is about what you experience, what you discover, and what stays with you. Curated Corridors brings that philosophy to life.”
A key highlight of the exhibition was a hands-on styling workshop led by Adil Ahmad, focusing on bed styling and table setting. The interactive session brought his signature eye for detail into an intimate format, allowing guests to explore how composition, layering, textures, and thoughtful detailing can transform a space and create a considered setting. Adding to the exhibition was a curated line-up of pop-up stores by Hypekicks, Sheetal Zaveri, Diosa, Argentum, Gaurav Katta and Andrab. The pop-ups introduced guests to a wider selection of fashion, jewellery, accessories, and lifestyle offerings, extending the exhibition’s focus on discovery and distinctive design.
The exhibition also featured an exclusive Mahjong session on Day One, creating a relaxed social setting for guests, while DJ Shree provided the musical backdrop for the evening.
The launch welcomed four distinguished women as Guests of Honour, Dr. Ch. Preeti Reddy, Vice-Chairman, Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, and Managing Director, Malla Reddy Health City; Rakhi Kankaria, Founder & Director, Rachnoutsav Events; Rupana Reddy, Principal Interior Designer, NA Architects; Vinita Pittie, designer and founder of her eponymous label; and Sofiya Suujad, Actor and Research Doctor.
