As the city lights begin to glow and the evening unfolds above Bengaluru, High Ultra Lounge sets the scene for a month of vibrant flavours and elevated indulgence on the 31st floor. This September, the destination presents two distinct experiences: spotlighting Mexico’s iconic tequila cocktails and A Royal Journey Through the Lanes of Awadh, showcasing the rich flavours of Lucknow. Together, the specially curated cocktails and cuisine offer guests a chance to unwind above the city while discovering distinctive flavours from two celebrated culinary traditions.
A Toast to Two Iconic Mexican Tequila Cocktails
Bringing the spirit of Mexico to High Ultra Lounge, Picante and Paloma takes center stage through a specially curated selection of bold, spicy creations and light, refreshing highballs, complemented by panoramic views of Bengaluru.
Picante, known for its bold and spicy character, combines tequila with fresh lime, jalapeño, and aromatic ingredients for a vibrant balance of citrus and heat. The selection features Classic Picante, Guava Coriander Picante, and House Picante, each offering a distinctive take on the spirited serve.
In contrast, the Paloma, one of Mexico’s most loved tequila highballs, is known for its light, crisp, and refreshing character, combining tequila with citrus and sparkling mixers. Choices include Classic Paloma, Cucumber Paloma, and Ginger Pickle & Orange Paloma, each bringing a distinctive twist to the classic.
Together, these two selections showcase contrasting profiles, ranging from bold and fiery to crisp and refreshing.

An Exquisite Culinary Journey Through Awadh
Lucknow’s rich culinary heritage comes alive with A Royal Journey Through the Lanes of Awadh, bringing Nawabi traditions to the table. Inspired by royal kitchens and bustling food lanes, the menu features aromatic spices, time-honoured preparations, and indulgent kebabs, offering diners a taste of the region’s distinctive culinary character.
The non-vegetarian selection features Zaika Jhinga Nisha, char-grilled prawns marinated with aromatic spices; The Royal Gali Chicken Tandoori, succulent chicken marinated in yogurt, Kashmiri chilli, and traditional tandoori spices; and Chatori Gali Machi Fry, crisp pan-fried fish seasoned with mustard and traditional spices.
Vegetarian highlights include Cheese Meese Veg Kebab, a grilled blend of vegetables and melted cheese; Dodh Roll Goal Kebab, featuring soft paneer and milk solids with aromatic spices; and Swad Ki Gali Ki Veg Shami, a vegetarian take on the traditional shami kebab.
