Funny book from 1800's reveals bizarre sex tips for couples
Couples are always looking at making their sex life better and while now there are various sites online that wasn’t the case in the 19th century. A bizarre book from the 1800s has been found to reveal some really interesting tips for couples and they are quite amusing.
According to a report in the Independent, the hilarious book from the Victorian era titled ‘Sex Tips for Husbands and Wives’ was written by Ruth Smythers in 1894. Among many tips, one said that sex when cannot be prevented should be practiced only in the dark. Once the couple has finished having sex, the wife should nag the husband about minor tasks she wishes him to perform on the morrow. The wife among other things has to be absolutely silent when the husband is huffing and puffing to her.
Among many other tips, the book also says that the wife has to lie perfectly still and never grunt or groan under any circumstances. The wife should also let the husband grope her in the dark so that he could stumble and be denied of sexual activity for the night. The hilarious book was written by a vicar’s wife and will now be reissued for people to read
