Mumbai: What a perfect bliss it is, when two lovers hold on to each other for lifetime and set relationship goals for others to follow. Love is composed of one soul within, inhabited between two individuals, who are imperfect and opposite by nature. We know that we are most alive when we sense affection associated with eternal love and become courageous to live up to it.

A lot of things trigger our behaviour. For example, you see a couple holding hands, walking and smiling at each other. You see the twinkle in their eyes. As if this cant be true and you end up spending more time observing the lovely people around you. You notice that people are in love with each other.

You are astonished because you are alone and might want to feel loved. Devoid of the love you are looking for, you immediately start judging yourself. You start questioning, why it never worked out for you. What went wrong in your relationship? Do you dream of a perfect relationship for you? Is love missing from your life?

Let us understand – “Every small thing happening in your life influence your behaviour.” To remove emotional blocks in love or to be in the right relationship we must keep these few things in mind:

If you are in love – learn to embrace the imperfection in a person

Imperfections do not make a person inferior. Accept the person completely knowing that he/she possess a combination of qualities. Instead to bring attention to your partner’s weakness, view them as a blessing in life because there is a possibility that nobody might love you as much as your partner.

Learn to communicate effectively with each other

Do you communicate with each other with openness without being judged? The secret to good relationship is to be able to communicate with your partner your thoughts, feelings, hurts, complaints freely. The communication needs to be non-judgemental and one should not fear of condemn, attack or lecture.

Develop trust and faith

Every relationship is built on trust and faith. Doubt till you trust, but once you trust, don’t doubt. Take your time to ask enough questions about business, career, work or any other topic so that you acquaint yourself with the nature of your partner and their overall attitude. Once you know that, have immense trust in your partner.  A trusted partner always delivers to your expectations.

Pay attention to your partner’s needs

The most beautiful relationship is the one you share with your partner. Make sure all your partner’s needs are heard and possibly taken care of. Give undivided attention to your partner’s thoughts and ideas.

Express appreciation constantly

It is important to tell your partner why you love him/her. Think of it, you have someone in your life, who loves you immensely and the reason why he/she loves you. It brings in a sense of fulfilment; joy and happiness make the bond grow stronger.

Learn to handle disagreements intelligently

Since nothing is perfect, every relationship comes with a share of disagreements. A relationship is never complete without arguments and debates. In fact, disagreement is what keeps the relationship going. Remember, intelligence goes for a toss when emotions are play. So allow things to cool down before you attempt revisiting the rocky terrains.

There are so many ways in which we can add a whole new dimension to our love relationship. All we need is to take of a few things are be can experience a blissful life.
