25-year-old Benn King was struggling with erectile issues since he was 16 and never had the courage to share it with anyone. He got hooked to Viagra and didn’t enjoy sex even with the drug as he was too worried about losing his erection.

Squeezing the scrotum pump propels the saline fluid into the cylinders giving Benn an erection. Benn hasn’t told anyone new about his penis as he started dating Katie just after his operation.
