Numerous research and studies have proven that napping can be beneficial in several ways, one of the common ones being – elevates our reaction time. A study conducted in 2003 showed that a man performed better in logistical tests after a nap. On similar lines, studies were conducted linking to masturbation and brain function. Masturbation has the same effect as that of napping or can be even more enriching. Austin based psychotherapist and sex coach, Carlos Cavazos suggested masturbation can enhance psychological and physiological well-being.

There are various benefits of performing masturbation; it aides in improving sleep, reduce stress, increasing sex drive, helps to snap out of borderline depression and most importantly, helps in the release of happy hormones like dopamine and oxytocin. It immediately makes you feel refreshed and uplifted. In men, masturbation lowers the risk of prostate cancer and chances of cerebral attack and makes then markedly less cranky.

Now the most important question – is napping better or masturbation? In other words, can you try midday masturbation instead of napping? There are numerous reasons why one should try masturbation. Release of prolactin in the brain, leaves you feeling less stressed and help in tackling better the relentless demands of clients at work. For those seeking instant gratification and immediate ease from stress, masturbation is the solution. Napping in the office setup might not be always conducive, due to various external disturbing factors. Masturbation or napping – in both the cases you want to feel relaxed.

In a survey conducted in 2015 by the Times Out New York, it was found that 39 per cent of the participants has masturbated in office.
