Number of partners in bed before marriage predicts chances of divorce
Society has its ways of deciding whether a marriage will last depending on their notion of the partners and it is difficult to understand how. A new study shows the number of sexual partners before marriage can tell if a marriage will last.
According to a report in BravoTV, a study done by Professor Nicholas H. Wolfinger from the University of Utah said that the divorce rate was highest for those who had at least 10 sexual partners before marriage. The study is true only for the past few years and two decades back. Before 2000, women with at least two sexual partners had a higher divorce rate but women who were virgins till they got married had the least number of divorce rates.
The study also found that the number of divorces is linked to religion. People who went to church frequently had lesser divorce rates than those who didn’t go to church.
