This is why couples should be taking a break from sex
Couples often think that having regular sex is one of the key aspects for a happy relationship and while they are partly right, it is not always true. A new study reveals a very interesting aspect about relationships that couples often fail to recognise when it comes to sex and taking a break from it.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, regular sex is good for couples as it increases their level of intimacy but they need some time off to have long relationship. Sexologist Dr Nikki Goldstein says that sex breaks work as important changes as it helps partners build connect with each other for pleasure rather than raunchy sex without really enjoying it because of the frequency.
Interestingly, Dr. Nikki also goes on to highlight that couples should stay away from erotic and kinky trends so that they can concentrate on ‘getting closer emotionally’. The emotional connect helps build intimacy even more than regular or raunchy sex.
