Here's how being overweight can be damaging to your penis

The excess weight not only causes the penis to look smaller but is also responsible for more health issues.

Apart from being extremely beneficial for achieving a healthy mental state by reducing anxiety and depression, sex is also considered as a great workout that can help you be physically fit. A good work out or running has also been revealed as something that boosts the sex drive by increasing confidence and making a person feel good about their body.

Men are particularly concerned about the size of the penis along with having a stronger erection and lasting longer in bed. But experts suggest that being overweight is the worst thing one can do to their member, since not only does it make the penis look smaller, it also contributes to several disorders.

There are several overweight men facing a condition called ‘buried penis’ where the member is buried under flesh and skin as the area around the penis grows and covers the penis in fat. The area tends to become warm and moist and is eventually vulnerable to infections.

An inability to pull foreskin back due to obesity also leads to a situation where several issues cannot be detected and in many cases men were unable to notice a cancer growing. This issue can be solved by circumcision but for obese men the skin just falls back and creates another foreskin.

While weight loss seems like the only way out, in many cases it doesn’t help much since men are still left with excess skin and tissue that keeps causing trouble.
