Many of you may find this hard to believe but injuries during sex not only happen more often than you think but can get pretty serious too. Experts also say that most of these freak accidents tend to happen not because of how you are doing it but where you’re having sex.
Sex in unusual or unfamiliar places like an office desk for instance are more likely to result in injuries than a complicated pose, research scientist Debby Herbenick says, according to Men’s Health. However, there are also certain sex positions that are a little more dangerous to execute than others.
The Eager Chef
This position involves standing on your toes while your partner is sitting on a counter in front of you. The reason why this position could be risky is because it can cause ruptures of the blood-filled tubes in your erection because of vigorous sex.
The Swiss Ball Blitz
Penis breaks can be a real threat when going for this position as the penis comes fully out of the vagina and goes back in with each thrust. If you two aren’t being careful, it could bring her full weight crashing down on you and cause some serious pain.
The Cowgirl
Your control over the movement of you penis gets restricted when she’s sitting on top of you. Also, the hyperextension of your erect penis when practising this position can lead you to develop Peyronie’s disease – which can cause your organ to bend when it’s supposed to be erect, making sex absolutely impossible.

It is basically what a standing missionary sex position looks like. As your lower back muscles and legs take most of the pressure of her body weight, it can lead to back pain or strains.
