Video: This mysterious walking' fish in Indonesia is baffling scientists
Nature continues to amaze us at all times and while we are in awe of the many creatures we see, there are many mysterious animals that we yet don’t know about. A video of a ‘walking’ fish at the bottom of the ocean floor is going viral and while it people can’t really recognise it, scientists too are clueless.
According to a media report, diver Emeric Benhalassa came across a unique fish in Indonesia that he had seen for the first time and evidently it has never been spotted before by scientists either. The orange-brown coloured fish appears to be walking on the ocean floor with short breaks and it has been keeping researchers busy ever since.
While scientists say it might be a stingfish, they are not sure about the new fish discovered but it appears to be from the same family. The other guesses are that it might be a white goblin and the pectoral fins that have evolved over time to help the fish search for food.
