Novotel Hyderabad Hosts ‘Swaad Punjab Da’ – 3-Day Punjabi Food Fest

The culinary journey begins with soulful soups, such as Tomato Dhania Shorba and Khadode Da Soup, followed by irresistible starters, including Chutney Paneer Tikka, Malai Masala Soya Chaap, Mutton Seek Kebab, Tandoori Murgh, and Ajwani Jinga Talahua. The main course features comforting favourites such as Butter Chicken, Rarah Meat, Dal Makhni, Dhaba Kadai Mushroom, Hare Cholia te Paneer, and Subz Patiala, paired with aromatic Mutter Dum Pulao and Kukkad de Dum Wale Chowl .

The festival concludes on a sweet note with an elaborate dessert selection: Pinni (Dal and Atte Ki), Gajrella, Rabri, Gulab Jamun, Panjiri with Milk, Kheer, Kulfi, and Falooda, each dish embodying Punjab’s festive spirit.
