Novotel Hyderabad Airport Appoints Jitendra Singh as Director of Food & Beverage

Hyderabad: Novotel Hyderabad Airport has appointed Jitendra Singh as its new Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening its leadership team as the hotel continues to enhance its dining experiences and reinforce its position as one of Hyderabad’s leading hospitality destinations.

In his new role, Singh will lead the hotel's food and beverage operations across its signature dining venues, bar, in-room dining, and banqueting, with a focus on elevating guest experiences, introducing innovative culinary concepts, driving commercial performance, and nurturing high-performing teams.

Singh brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held leadership positions across renowned hotel brands including Marriott International, The Corinthians Resort & Club, Golden Tulip, and Holiday Inn. Most recently, he served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Renaissance Ahmedabad, where he oversaw multi-outlet food and beverage operations, revenue optimization, and large-scale banqueting. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving operational excellence, strengthening guest satisfaction, and successfully leading pre-opening and business growth initiatives.
