Being naked is the key to happiness, says new research
Nudists have caught people’s attention for a long time now making it an awkward situation in public. However, they may just be benefiting from baring it all in a crowd according to a new research. The research was done to understand the psychological effects of nudism.
According to a media report, the research said that people who went about naked felt positive while dealing with their problems. They felt good about themselves both mentally and physically and had a sense of happiness in their lives.
Interestingly, people who see other people naked were happier than being naked themselves. Dr. Keon West, the Lead Researcher also highlighted that contrary to popular belief public nudity is a not a psychological dysfunction. Public opinion has also said that public nudity helps many nudists help accept themselves the way they are.
