Get to the froot' of the problem!
I always include fruits and vegetables in my diet as they contain vitamins and minerals and keep you energised. Also, fruits have enzymes that help reduce diseases and keep your immunity strong.
Always include some form of cardio in your workout session. It could be walking or running or indulging in some sporty activities. Cardio helps you in weight loss, reduces stress, fights depression and anxiety. It also helps in boosting your self-confidence.
No workout is complete without stretching. The right kind of stretches helps in flexibility, correcting posture, prevents injury, increase energy levels and helps in good blood circulation.
Sleep. Yes it as important as your food and workout. It gives you better health, elevates the mood and is a form of weight control. If you get the right amount of sleep, you will be bright and cheerful the next day, so never compromise on your sleep.
Have lots of leafy vegetables as they contain high fibre, low calories, helps maintain bone health. Infact, it’s like a gold mine in food!
