Rapid heart rate, tachycardia, shakiness and anxiety are among the potential side effects of excess tea and coffee,” said Nutritionist and Dietitian Nmami Agarwal.
She added, “Reducing amount of tea, coffee and sugar consumption can help in alleviate anxiety and other negative effects.”
