Video: Girl's heart pushes out of chest, beats outside the body due to rare disorder
Laughter is the key to a cheerful and healthy life for people across the world and while children look adorable when they giggle, for some it may not be the case. Kids born with rare conditions face a number of life altering consequences and some can seem revolting.
A girl from Florida suffers from a rare condition which causes her heart to push out of her chest and beat outside her body whenever she giggles. The condition called Pentalogy of Cantrell could’ve killed the seven-year-old who has managed to survive.
The condition which affects one in 5.5 million people has also left the girl named Virsaviya with intestines outside her body. Although doctors told her mother that she would die, Virsaviya has defied all odds and is a lively girl seven years later.
The family did find a doctor willing to treat Virsaviya, but she couldn’t undergo surgery due to high blood pressure.
