Get healthy: Minimalistic notions
I believe a good workout gives you an instant glow from within and is something that really boosts your confidence! But committing to a daily workout requires a lot of discipline, dedication and self control — and I ensure I exercise at least three to four times a week.
I like playing sports like badminton, basketball and also enjoy doing dance and aerobics. I’ve always been active, so working out comes naturally to me.
I’m a simple eater — nothing too elaborate or exquisite. For breakfast, I prefer cereals/oats with milk or a brown bread sandwich with an omelet. Lunch and dinner are usually red rice or chapati with dal/vegetables/chicken curry. I also indulge in biryanis/kebabs/chocolates sometimes.
There is no such thing as an ideal body type. Whether you are on the heavier or leaner side, being content from within is more important. However, having a proportionate and well-balanced body should be your goal — because a healthy body is a reflection of a healthy mind.
I’m quite realistic when it comes to maintaining myself. I eat what I love but in moderation. My fitness mantra can be summed up in three simple steps: Moderation, minimalism and must-dos!
