Sandalwood actress Nabha Natesh shares her fitness routine

1I’m very particular about my daily water intake. I love sipping on tender coconut water all through the day as I believe the positive ions and nutrients present in it keep me energised and hydrated. I also ensure I drink about two to three litres of water daily.

2When it comes to fitness, I hit the gym almost every day. But due to shoot constraints, when it’s extremely hard to get access to a gym, I run for atleast half-an-hour. It lifts my mood and frees me of the guilt of forgoing the gym!

3I eat about six meals daily, out of which at least two meals are ‘fruits-only’. I vouch by this rule as it keeps me feeling light and more amped up to workout!

4I believe in moderation, when it comes to eating. I detest fad diets and extreme forms of deprivation. I’ve grown up eating complete authentic Karnataka meals as they are yummy, nutritious and great to keep fit. So I indulge in everything once in a while!

5 Fortunately, my profession enables me to pursue a passion — dancing. I’m so fond of dancing, that I only need a dancing hall to get the groove going! I believe it releases good hormones and it is also the best way to enjoy yourself, while flexing those muscles at the same time. In a way, it’s become a part of my life, so though it’s viewed as a fitness mantra, I look at it as a de-stressing act!
