1. Make a routine exercise plan

It is vital that you regularly exercise daily even when the cool weather may make you want to stay in. Work out when in the day you can squeeze in a workout and stick to that time each day.

Take a class for yoga or pilates is a great way to make sure you get your daily workout. If classes aren't your thing, you can go for a gentle jog. If you don't want to leave your home, there are plenty of free exercise videos on YouTube that you can do.

2. Pay attention to your meals

Avoid takeout for the week before the festivities kick off and try and cook from scratch.

Alcohol can be toxic for your body and your liver. Stay clear of drinking that could wreak havoc on your health just before all the parties.
