The power of positivity
Yoga is something that I do everyday without fail. It helps relieve stress and also helps keep focused. When you do yoga, you are not just physically fit but also mentally and emotionally balanced.
Drink lots of water. I carry my water bottle everywhere I go invariably. This prevents headaches too.
Staying happy and doing what makes you happy is key to good health. Staying happy is a constant focus on positives, and one needs to be conscious about it and continue to do things that “keep one happy.”
The other important thing that keeps you healthy is talking to people. Healthy conversations provide positive vibes. Talking about what’s on your mind, and putting things into perspective helps you see situations in a different light.
Stay away from pessimistic people and negative vibes. Be energetic and know how to deal with tough times.
