Baby twists both testicles inside the womb and won't be able to have children

Only a handful of cases of both testicles being crippled have been recorded in babies still in the womb.

A lot of accidents can have life altering effects on people including many where people are left unable to have children. But while they can happen anywhere out in the world, can it happen even before a person enters the world?

In a shocking case reported by doctors, a baby boy twisted his large and firm testicles inside the womb. They said that this caused irreversible damage to the child and he won’t be able to have children.

Only a handful of cases of both testicles being crippled have been recorded in babies still in the womb. While testicular torsion affects only six in one lakh children, most of these cases affect only one testicle.

Scans during the pregnancy didn’t show any problem but he started breathing abnormally fast and started to grunt. While doctors first thought of it as being sepsis and gave antibiotics; but examinations revealed that there was no attack from within the body.

Although testicular torsion was ruled out initially, an ultrasound revealed that blood supply was cut to both testicles.
