The medical field never ceases to amaze us and while we may think that we have found solutions to most of the sicknesses, there are some shocking conditions that crop up more often than we expect. A US child has a rare condition that makes her shed her skin daily and growing new skin immediately surprising everybody including doctors.
Hanna Barrott is a unique child because she has a sickness that makes her shed her skin everyday like a snake and it even grows back to normal only to remain a little sore, according to a report in The Daily Mail, The six-year-old girl from Ooltewah in Tennessee has a skin condition called lamellar ichthyosis because of which her skin cells shed and grow back unusually faster than expected.
Unfortunately, the parents, Megan and Tyson, have to also take care that she doesn’t sweat because the glands are blocked by the skin and that causes her to faint. They have to constantly apply lotion to keep her skin from drying because it would crack and bleed and cause further damage to their daughter Hanna. The couple has to vacuum dry skin in their house so that she doesn’t get any infection and are also busy making people aware of her condition among other things.
