KOCHI: The 20th edition of India International Seafood Show (IISS) will be held at Visakhapatanam from September 23-25. The IISS, termed as the oldest and largest seafood event in Asia, held by Marine Products Export Development Authority in association with Seafood Exporters Association of India provides a platform for manufacturers and suppliers of processing machinery, packaging systems, certifications, cold chain system and logistics.
The IISS in Visakhapatanam will be focusing on Safe and Sustainable Aquaculture to highlight technological advances and sustainable practices followe4d in capture and culture fisheries in the country, a release said. Around 300 exhibition stalls and 3,000 delegates are expected to participate in this event. The event is expected to bring more capital investment from abroad, the release added.
