Vanilla Cup cakes
Ingredients
200 gm softened butter
100 gm castor sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup maida
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup custard powder

Method
Line 18 cupcake trays. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and whisk well. Sift the maida, baking powder, custard powder and salt. Add to the batter. Add milk. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
