Two course salad special
Grilled Chicken salad
Ingredients:
4 pieces chicken breast
2 tomatoes
1 tsp vinegar
½ avocado
Method:
Grill chicken till it turns golden brown.
Grill a tomato with drizzled vinegar on it.
Cut the avocado into pieces.
In a large bowl mix the tomato, avocado and the chicken together. Add sal to taste and serve.
Custard Fruit Salad
Ingredients
4 tbsp custard powder
1 litre milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 banana
1 apple
½ pomegranate
5-10 whole grapes
Method
Boil the milk in a clean container, when completely boiled, let it cool for a couple of minutes.
When the milk is just warm, mix custard powder and stir well till it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.
Add sugar accordingly, and let it cool down.
Mix cut fruits all together into the custard. Refrigerate before serving.
