Dark circles can be pesky and here are some natural foods than help eliminate them.

Dark circles are one of the most common beauty concerns among women. The skin around our eyes is very delicate and this it is prone to dryness and dark circles. Dark circles make your face look tired, dull and generally less youthful.

They are caused when the blood vessels under your eyes become pressurised. They then become dilated, thus the dark appearance. This condition is further triggered by environmental pollutants, poor skin flexibility, genetics, hormonal changes and most commonly, sleep deprivation.

Cucumber

Cucumbers are packed with antioxidants like vitexin, orientin, and cucurbitacins. They are also known to have skin brightening and astringent properties. Watermelon
