Pineapple salsa

Ingredients
1 cup ripe pineapple chopped finely
1/4 cup tomatoes chopped finely
1/2 cup onions chopped finely
2 green chillies chopped
1 tb spoon chopped coriander leaves
Sea salt
1/2 tsp chilly flakes

Method
Mix all the ingredients well and run them in the blender for two seconds to get a juicy yet chunky salsa.

Ferrero Rocher chocolate truffles

Ingredients
1 Cup dates (deseeded)
3/4 Cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
15 pcs hazelnuts
2 tb spoons cocoa powder

Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed for 2 minutes till the nuts start releasing their oil and the mixture is smooth. Bind into small round truffles and coat them with cocoa powder and devour.
