Before the festival time takes its spin, opt for fresh juices, which can help in detoxifying the body. Besides, drinking freshly-made juice allows the body to absorb the nutrients better than eating whole fruits and vegetables and gives the digestive tract a rest. Drinking fresh juice can reduce the risk of cancer, boost the immune system, helps in removing toxins from the body and help to lose weight. Fresh juices can give a burst of energy and a clear mind.

Lemon and Ginger Drink
