There are kids who pester their moms for treats and then there’s Nihal Raj. The talented 6-year-old can whip up not just mouth-watering desserts and but also South Indian meals. The adorable little chef who has his own YouTube channel has been starring in video tutorials for cooking enthusiasts since the tender age of five.
Raj, or Kicha as he is more popularly known, studies at Choice School in Kochi. He is able to prepare a variety of dishes – right from popsicles and ice cream cake to even coconut payasam, thari kanji (semolina porridge) , and oatmeal flax cookies.
What’s more, he has recently sealed a $2000 deal with an agency that creates videos for Facebook for the non-exclusive rights to the video that shows him making Mickey Mouse-themed mango ice cream. Check out some of his recipe videos below:
