Here’s something for the geeky tipplers. The World of Beer Internships might just sound too good to be true, except that it is It is the name of a new program launched by the Tampa, a Florida-based beer chain of the same name.
So what is the required qualification? A love for travelling because the internship involves travelling from brewery to brewery and spend summers exploring some of the most famous beer haunts in the US, sampling quality brews. The intern will also be required to promote their experience on social media, thus helping the company strengthen its online presence. The reasoning behind the internship was to tie the brand to a global experience centered around a shared love of beer.
Those interested in the position can apply either by submitting a video or attending an interview in front of a live panel. Three lucky interns will be chosen for the program and each will be paid $12,000 for their time.
