Frothified shakers

Taste the bounty of the season along with some sinful ingredients with these special milk shakes to start your day.

Belgian chocolate blend

Ingredients

  • Full cream milk 120 ml chilled
  • Chocolate ganache 30 gm
  • Chocolate sauce 4 tsp
  • Chocolate icecream 2.5 scoop
  • Chocolate shavings 1 tsp (garnish)
  • Sugar 2 sachets

Method

  • Add milk, sugar, and ice-cream in a blender.
  • Then add chocolate sauce and blend everything together till smooth and frothy.
  • Transfer to a tall glass and garnish with chocolate shavings and pipe it with whipped cream. Serve chilled.

Strawberrylicious

Ingredients

  • Thick cream 40 ml
  • Icecream 3+1 scoop
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Strawberry biscuit 3 nos
  • Whipped cream 1shot
  • Strawberry twister 0.5 half
  • Waffer 0.5 half
  • Strawberry crush 20 ml

METHOD

  • In clean jar, take thick cream, 3 scoops ice- cream, 3 biscuits, 10 ml crush, and blend
  • Clean jar, pour 10 ml crush on sides and pour the mix in it then put a scoop of ice-cream.
  • Garnish it with one shot of whipped cream, half strawberry twister, half wafer.

Toblerone nougat shake

Ingredients

  • Full cream milk 2 cups chilled
  • Crushed ice cubes 5 nos
  • Chocolate ice-cream 2 scoops
  • Chocolate ganache 30 gm
  • Chocolate sauce 4 tbsp
  • Toblerone chocolate 1/2 packet

Method

  • Add milk, sugar, and ice-cream and Toblerone chocolate in a blender.
  • Then, add chocolate sauce and blend everything together till smooth and frothy.
  • Transfer to a tall glass and serve chilled.

Mocchachino shake
Ingredients

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 2 cups
  • Chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • Coffee syrup 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 5 nos

Method

  • Combine ingredients, mixing until foamy.
  • Pour into glasses.

OREOLICIOUS

Ingredients

  • Thick cream 80 ml
  • Icecream 3+1 scoop
  • Oreao biscuits 3+1 nos
  • Whipped cream 1 shot
  • Chocolate swirl 1 piece

METHOD

  • In clean jar, take thick cream, 3 scoops ice-cream, 3 biscuits, and blend.
  • Clean jar, pour 10 ml chocolate syrup on sides, pour mix in it then put a scoop of ice-cream.
  • Garnish with one shot of whipped cream, half chocolate twister and oreo biscuit.
