Jhinga lala of spice

Saritha Hegde shares her favourite Prawn Chilli recipe that she feels is perfect for this weather.

Prawns: 250 gm. Clean and devein.
Red fresh chillies. According to the spice level, I use eight.
Spring onion: 4
Garlic: 6 cloves (finely sliced)
Light soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Prawn chilli salt (From Vietnam, but regular salt can also be used.)
Chinese sesame oil or olive oil

Take 1 tbsp Chinese sesame oil and 1 tsp olive oil. Saute the garlic, add chillies and prawns, then top it up with spring onions. Stir fry and add soya sauce. Pairs well with a glass of wine.
