While he runs a business catering to private events, his colourful and vibrant cakes are the real showstoppers. The idea for his masterpiece came from a client.
"The sushi cake came from a request from a client, we took an idea that already existed and we recreated it. With the cake, we had worldwide success, " the Metro quoted him as saying.
He also revealed everything that he serves his customers the freshest ingredients.
