If you’re too puzzled on what to wear to college, it’s better to choose something simple, say fashion experts. “Palazzos and long kurtis are in vogue. Not only are they stylish, but also very comfortable to wear in any season. Students can also sport dhoti pants and go for a Bohemian look. As you can’t wear off the shoulder tops on campus, wear cold shoulder tops to look chic. Distressed jeans and long kurtis also look great on anyone, says Meenakshi Pamnani, a famous fashion blogger from the city.

Talking about the accessories and make-up one can wear, she says, “Pom-poms and chokers are totally in trend. Students can also opt for jhola bags. For make-up, it’s all about going neutral. Go for nude lipsticks.”

For men, Meenakshi suggests sneakers, loafers, classic white shirts and jeans. “Men can also go sporty. You can wear caps on the campus, but don’t wear them in the classroom. Wear funky watches,” she adds.
“As most colleges restrict sleevless outfits, girls can cover them up with some stylish shrugs. Instead of the usual full length leggings, girls can pair their outfits with ankle length leggings and torn jeans,” says Priya Rachakonda, a fashion designer.
