Yellow is one of the most popular fashion colours this year. From hair, makeup, clothing, footwear to accessories, it’s almost everywhere. The twinkle that it lends to your eyes when you wear elegant yellow smoked up eye makeup along with a nude lip colour is classy.

But it is also a shade that many women are sceptical about. Especially when it’s a matter of playing around with different shades of yellow. One of the reason they avoided experimenting with yellow shades is the individual’s skin tone.

Here are a few trends  and tricks of Gen Z yellow make-up:

Trends: Fashion Look — you can be very creative when it comes to various concepts of fashion make-up. One can create numerous kinds of looks in this category. Abstract looks, theme-centric looks, classy yellow smokey eyes with nude lips and stage make-up work best for the colour yellow.

Tricks: 1. The trick here is to find the right shade according to your skin tone. It’s a known fact that people with fair skin will benefit from subtle shades of yellow while medium to dark skin tones can pull off brighter variations. Nowadays, we have all options readily available around us. The beauty industry has been showering us with various kinds of options available that make our work easier than ever to compile our final look with little sunshine.

2. When it comes to how to wear a certain kind of trend, the choice is completely on one self. When a slick of shadow on your lids promises to get you noticed, a yellow cat eye or a vivid pop of colour on your inner corner offers a more subtle approach. When our eyes are highlighted, we should always keep the rest of our make-up minimal with a soft dewy base and well groomed brows.
