Just when you think you've seen it all, wait for it.
Artists every day are creating designs that might have some people think it's bizarre, while other think 'love it'.
The latest trend spreading like wild fire online is Russian salon Nail Sunny elaborate and detailed nail art of reality TV star Kim Kardashian.
The tiny model is dressed in white underwear with blonde hair and of course shows off her derriere.
The salon also showcased some of their other nail art on Instagram, with famous faces on it like Katy Perry.
