Hyderabad: Indian student designers from Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) and London School of Trends (LST) would be presenting their creation, Indian Fashion Trunk, at the New York Fashion Week for the 7th Season on February 12, 2022, at 7.00 p.m. EST (February 13, 2022, 5:30am IST) at Ziegfeld Ballroom, New York, USA.
Mentored by Fashion Expert Gintare Jankuniene, the Indian Fashion Trunk will be presenting 52 garments; all of which reflect their own personal narratives. The collection by student designers will reflect ‘Craftsmanship of the Future’, focusing on fall-winter trends for the 2022 season.
Anil Khosla, CEO, INIFD, said, "Our aim is to provide our students true exposure and skills to excel in their careers. The collaboration of INIFD X LST at NYFW is a testimony of the same."

The Director of INIFD, Ritu Kochhar, said that "Indian Fashion Trunk designs depict our rich culture, indigenous craftsmanship, art, design, originality, textiles from different states of India. I am extremely proud of the student designers who have worked hard in these difficult times to give their best shot."
