Meghan Markle, who is on maternity leave, made another surprise appearance at the Wimbledon Championships. She attended the game this year along with her University friends to cheer on her close friend Serena Williams.

Last year, Meghan was seen at Wimbledon with her sister-in-law Kate. Kate wore a white dress where as Meghan wore white silk pants and a blue and white striped shirt. This yeah, she wore a more casual ensemble, opting for classic blue jeans, a black top and a chic white pin-striped blazer.

While this year’s look was more relaxed than last year’s Royal Box ensemble, one thing remained constant- Meghan’s staple messy bun. No one else does chic messy buns like Meghan Markle. This hairstyle has been her go-to since she started carrying our royal duties.

While Kate sticks to a perfect blow-out and low-buns for formal occasion, Meghan is seen rocking her version of the messy bun with all kinds of ensembles. With delicate wisps of hair coming out from the sides, and topped off with a white straw hat, Meghan looked rocked her sophisticated summer look at the All England Club.

The Duchess has perfected her look over the last year and a half. Pink/nude nail polish, glossy lips and lots of blazers has been her staples. She sometimes opts for bright colours, but the occasions are rare. She rocked a few reds and pinks on her overseas tour to the down under, but has largely stuck to her colour palette of dark blues and greens, beiges and blacks.

At her Wimbledon appearance, Meghan also debuted a new piece of dainty jewellery, a necklace with an ‘A’ pendant. This necklace was a sweet tribute to her two-month-old son Archie.
