Style sheet: Eye the glitter
Glitter is one of the best beauty trends this season. A pop of light-catching glitter provides the face with a splash of deft impact — and it’s a form of embellishment that’s best worn in the light of day.
How to achieve the look
Starry eye make-up requires a lot of glitter, pigments and sparkle eyeshadows Apply eye primer.
Then apply the desired eye shadow. You can either do a glitter, smoky eye for a night-out or a fun, bright coloured sparkle eyeshadow for a day look.
With the cut and crease method create the eye shape.
After contouring the eyes, the eyes can be set with the sparkle or shadow dust that will complete the look.
Do’s and Don’ts:
Always use pigments/sparkles before applying eye lashes to avoid fall outs.
While using sparkles, be careful as to how much can be used so as to avoid spreading all over the eyelid as it could spill onto the cheeks and make it messy.
The sparkles/pigments can also be used along with a pigment glue for better stay.
