Comic Con fans in Saudi Arabia are in for a treat. The country will soon host its own Comic Con in the city of Jeddah between 16th and 18th February.
The convention is said to have ‘comics, anime, manga art, pop art, celebrity appearance, video gaming, competitions, cosplay, books, and more’, reports Arab News. The logo of the Saudi Comic Con features a man ripping open his thawb to reveal his superhero alter ego.
The event will be organised by Time Entertainment and even has the support of General Authority for Entertainment which is in charge of the entertainment events and activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The prices of the tickets for the Saudi Comic Con will start at SR100 or $26.66.
