Two friends — Ramya Koduri and Swarna Vemulapalli — who come from very different backgrounds and with no experience in gardening, always fostered a love for plants since childhood. They wanted to experiment with plants so they started with self-watering planters and that is how Peace Lily was born. “Miniature gardening and terrariums seemed like a perfect start to this journey. Today, we have expanded ourselves into offering unique green space designs to our customers,” says Swarna.

With clients like Samantha, Allu Arjun, Allu Aravind, director Maruti, director Meher Ramesh, and actress Yamini Bhaskar, to name a few, they started off by introducing their beautiful looking smart gardening products. “With our green offerings, we aim to create a tranquil and soothing experience for our customers. Be it a miniature that shows an old couple having coffee in the terrarium, or the vertical gardens that we design — they are quirky, eco-friendly and useful for household and office space,” says Ramya.

Talking about the inspiration behind starting Peace Lily, Swarna explained, “We live in a concrete jungle and creating some space for plants will help create a better world for the generations to follow.”
