Sahapedia, in association with the Museum of Kerala History, as part of celebrating International Museum Day 2019 is conducting an art walk at the Gallery of Contemporary and Modern Art, Museum of Kerala History, Edappally, on Saturday, May 18 from 10 am -11.30 am.
This art walk, led by artist Aditi Nayar will include a tour through the collection of R. Madhavan Nayar, a pioneer who envisioned building an art resource for the public. The walk, according to the organisers is an effort to explore the key ideas that influenced India's art movements and collectives, and examine 20th century masters and their artworks. The guided walk is free. However, the participants will have to pay the museum entry fee.
