Guests can expect an exquisite celebration of summer's bounty—especially the beloved mango—woven into a menu that is at once nostalgic and refined.

Each thali tells a story—of families, festivals, and the rhythms of the land. From vibrant pachadis to time-honoured kooras and soulful rice dishes, the menu has been carefully composed to evoke memory while appealing to the modern gourmand.

“Echoes of Andhra is my love letter to the food of my childhood,” shares Chef Meera. “These are the flavours that raised me—dishes passed down through generations, now reimagined for today’s table. It’s a journey home, one plate at a time.”

Chef Meera, known for her deep knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and her signature blend of authenticity and innovation, brings her lived experience and culinary artistry to every dish. Through this pop-up, she invites guests not only to taste Andhra but to feel it—with every bite telling a deeper story of land, legacy, and love.
