Kochi: Actor and president of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) Mohanlal on Friday said that he was not satisfied as the president of the association.
Mr. Mohanlal expressed his disappointment in his name being dragged into issues he is ‘not involved.’ “I am not satisfied with this.
​It is affecting me. I am becoming a target not only in Kerala, but also in national and international media, for a case I was never involved in,” he told media.
The actor reiterated it multiple times in the press meet here on Friday. “As I was never involved in any of the issues, I don’t believe I should get criticised so much. We are all trying to resolve the issues and live in harmony,” he said.
The actor who looked disturbed most of the time, which usually is not his nature, has been at the receiving edge of criticism in the Dileep issue.
Earlier, the three actors, Revathy, Parvathy and Padmapriya made it clear that they had no faith in AMMA leadership.
