She says that her physical training has left feeling empowered and that she doesn't even get bullied any more.
Milla trains with her father, Christian Bizzotto, who had also participated alongside her in the Xtreme race competition.
The Xtreme race that Milla crushed had consisted of a 5-mile run with 25 obstacles and a swimming portion that is around 30 miles long.
Seriously, this little girl has abs that we adults could only dream about.
Unlike other children her age, Milla has not interest in video games nor likes to fool around with a Hoverboard. She loves pushing her limits and loves challenges.
Milla had trained really hard five days a week, three hours a day, for months to prepare for the tough event.
The extreme fitness event, called BattleFrog's 24-hour Xtreme race, which was held on March 4th 2016, was an obstacle course designed by a Navy Seal. Not only did Milla successfully complete the race, she was the only participant who was under the age of 18.
